A free plan to try everything, honest per-person pricing to roll it out to a team, and a custom tier when you need enterprise controls.
Individuals play free, forever, with no card. A team is $4 CAD per person a month, month to month, with no minimum and no contract. Anything bigger than that is a conversation, and we would rather have it than guess at your price on a web page.
Before a team pays anything, it can run the whole paid plan free for 30 days, for up to 50 people, without giving us a card. If you do nothing when the time is up, you simply return to the free plan and keep everything your people did.
Larger than 50 people? The cap is on the trial, not on you. Most teams that size start with one department inside the free 30 days, which is a better test anyway because it shows you what a real rollout feels like. When you are ready for everybody, talk to us and we will size it properly rather than make you buy your way past a limit.

The free plan is the Wanderer, the team plan is the Realm and the enterprise plan is the Stronghold. Same three plans, storybook names. The app uses them, so they are worth meeting here rather than at the checkout.
What it costs for your team
We charge per person, so the only thing that decides your bill is how many people you put on it. Drag the slider to your headcount.
Prices are in Canadian dollars and do not include sales tax, which is added at checkout where it applies. Add someone partway through a month and you pay for the part of the month they are there. Take someone off and we hold the balance as a credit against your next bill rather than putting it back on your card. You can cancel from your own settings, and you keep the paid features until the date you have already paid for.

We never send fake phishing to your people’s real inboxes
Deliberately, and it is a stance rather than a gap. Every challenge happens inside the game, clearly labelled, and nobody is shamed for a wrong call. Ambush tests teach people to fear the security team. Daily practice teaches them to spot the scam.
A readiness score that shows its working
Managers get a score and a grade, per person and per team, built from what people actually do: how often they report a forgery, and how often they fall for one. Proof that somebody outside your company can check
The usual proof a training vendor offers is a completion percentage in its own dashboard. Here is ours instead.
Every certificate carries a serial, and anyone holding one can check it
When somebody finishes required training we issue a certificate with its own serial number. An insurer, a client or an auditor can open the certificate check, type the serial and the name printed on it, and read straight from our records what we issued: who, which course, what score, what date. An altered PDF will not match.
We ask for the name as well as the serial so that nobody can work through serial numbers collecting other people’s records. And a certificate speaks for its date rather than for today. If your company later raises its pass mark or adds to a course, your own records mark that certificate as no longer current, while the certificate itself stands: it was properly earned, and we never withdraw it.
The things people ask before they pay
Is there a free trial?
Yes. A team can run everything in the paid plan free for 30 days, for up to 50 people, without giving us a card. If you do nothing when it ends, you go back to the free plan and keep your progress and your history. One trial per company.
Is the price per person or per company?
Per person, per month. $4 CAD each, for the people you actually have. There is no minimum and no bundle you have to grow into, so a team of one pays for one.
What happens to the bill when someone joins or leaves?
Add someone partway through a month and you pay for the part of the month they are there. Take someone off and we do not put money back on your card; we hold the balance as a credit against your next bill, so it comes off what you pay next time.
What happens if we cancel?
The team plan is month to month. Cancel and it stops renewing: you keep the paid features until the date you have already paid for, then the account moves back to the free plan. Nothing is deleted. Your people keep their progress, their streaks and their certificates.
Does an enterprise agreement tie us in?
The team plan does not tie you in at all, and that is the honest answer for almost everybody. An enterprise agreement is genuinely different: it runs for the dates written in your quote rather than month to month, and how it ends is whatever that quote says. It does not renew by itself, and we remind you well before the term runs out.
Do you price charities, schools and public bodies differently?
Yes, case by case rather than at a fixed rate off a page. Registered charities, schools, public libraries and public sector bodies are quoted on what they are and what they need, so tell us about yourself and we will price it. Registered charities may also be exempt from sales tax.
Can you bill us anywhere in Canada?
Not yet, and it is worth checking before you plan around it. We can only charge a card where we are registered to collect the right sales tax, and that list is still short while we are new. Creating a company is free and asks for no card, so start one and we will tell you plainly on the way in whether we can bill you where you are. If we cannot, the free plan still works for your whole team, and contact@cyberbadger.ca will tell you the day that changes.
