What helps us answer faster

If something is not working, tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. The screen you were on and roughly when it happened are usually enough for us to find it in our own logs. If you have a screenshot, say so and we will ask for it. Please do not paste passwords, one-time codes or anything from a real message you are unsure about.

You may not need us at all

Most questions are already answered in writing. How the game works day to day is in the player guide. Setting up a team, required training and reporting are in the company guide. Security questions, including the things we do not have, are answered in how it is built, and what it costs is on pricing.

You do not need an account to write to us, and you can check a certificate without one either.
